Canon PowerShot G16 has been launched in India aiming at its huge fans.. The camera has a new processor DIGIC 6 along with a new 12.1MP CMOS sensor with high sensitivity.
It will be able to shoot 1080p Full HD video at 60p, while the new AF improves the speed of approach shots. 12.2fps Continuous shooting in high resolution and 5.7 fps with AF. The camera also has built in Wi-Fi mode and HDR art scene.

The PowerShot G16 also comes with a background blur function and can produce "bokeh". It does this by taking two pictures, and blur the background, as needed.
The PowerShot G16 comes for Rs 34,995.
